What if you want to convert an existing garage + workshop into a 1 Bedroom Granny flat, the plumbing is all ready done, as there is a laundry , wet area for kitchen, and ensuite in the the workshop. Would this be easy to get approval for? And how?

hi.just want to say that this is an informative site but the problem i have is that i would like to see some floor planning and such but the site just loops back to the grannyflat and ubuildit start page. i have already sent in an info request but still find it frustrating when the info is not readily accessable ON the site itself as too the different styles that you have. i would like to 'see' the various homes on offer along with floor plan. thank you.
